A real teenager made this just for you. ✨

The maker behind CloudStitch
🧵

Hi, I'm the maker behind CloudStitch.

I'm a teenager from Utah who taught herself to sew. What started as a hobby turned into something I wanted to share — handmade pillows and blankets that feel genuinely cozy.

Every piece takes me a few hours to make. I cut, sew, fill, and finish each one by hand. No factories, no shortcuts. When you buy from CloudStitch, you're buying something made with real care.

CloudStitch Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Who We Are

CloudStitch is operated by Jarta Labs LLC, based in Utah, United States. We sell handmade pillows and blankets online at cloud-stitch.com. For any privacy question or request, sign in to your and submit a request through the support section — this is our designated contact method for privacy requests. Creating an account is free if you don't have one yet.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run a small handmade shop:

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Our on-site chat assistant ("Needa Hand") is powered by Anthropic: the messages you type into chat are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply (see Section 4), and are not used to train any model.

4. Who We Share It With

Only the service providers that make the shop work, and only what they need:

If the business is ever sold or merged, customer data would transfer as part of that transaction and the new owner would have to honor this policy or notify you of changes.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We keep this minimal and first-party:

Apart from the Google Analytics cookies above, we use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never use your data for targeted advertising. You can clear local storage and cookies anytime in your browser settings — you'll just be signed out and your cart emptied. To opt out of analytics specifically, use a browser or extension that blocks it, or Google's opt-out add-on.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

7. Security & Breach Notification

All traffic to cloud-stitch.com is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), data is encrypted at rest by our providers, database access is locked down with row-level security, and sensitive documents live in a private bucket accessible only to the shop owner. No internet service can promise perfect security — but if we ever learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities promptly, within the timelines applicable law requires (for example, within 72 hours to supervisory authorities where GDPR applies).

8. Your Rights & Choices (Everyone)

No matter where you live, you can:

To exercise any right, use your tools or submit a request through the support form on your account page. We verify requests against the email on the account (an authorized agent may act for you with written permission), and we respond within 45 days — if we ever need more time, we'll tell you why and take at most 45 more.

9. US State Privacy Rights

We honor the rights below for all customers, whether or not a given law's size thresholds technically apply to a shop this small:

In the last 12 months we collected the categories of information listed in Section 2, for the purposes in Section 3, shared with the providers in Section 4 — and sold none of it.

10. Age Requirement & Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Under 13: We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 may not create a CloudStitch account. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information can contact us through the support form in the area to have it removed.

Ages 13–17: Visitors aged 13 to 17 may create a CloudStitch account to browse, track orders, and join the waitlist. To make a purchase, a parent or guardian must consent on their behalf and complete the payment.

18 and over: Full access — browse, account, waitlist, and purchase.

We do not knowingly collect payment information from anyone under 18, and our marketing is never directed at children — marketing email goes only to people who opted in themselves.

11. Email & Communications

Two kinds of email, treated differently:

We ship to the United States only and our marketing targets the US. If you sign up from Canada, we treat your signup as the express consent CASL requires and you can withdraw it with the same unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing text messages (SMS) at all.

12. Do Not Track

We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't track you across other websites — so a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal has nothing to opt you out of on that front, and to the extent GPC is a request to opt out of sale or sharing, we honour it, because we do neither. The one thing we do run is Google Analytics on our own site (Section 2), with your IP anonymised and no advertising use. Google Analytics does not automatically change its behaviour based on a DNT or GPC signal; if you would prefer it not run at all, block it with a tracker-blocking browser or extension, or Google's opt-out add-on.

13. Visitors Outside the United States

CloudStitch serves and ships to the United States, and your data is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit from the EEA, UK, or elsewhere, the access, correction, deletion, and portability rights in Section 8 are available to you too.

14. Changes to This Policy

When we update this policy we change the date at the top, and for material changes we email registered users and ask you to re-accept where the law requires it. Earlier versions are available on request.

15. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: sign in to your and submit a request through the support section. California residents may use the same method to exercise CCPA/CPRA rights — requests are verified against the account email and answered within the timelines in Section 8.

CloudStitch Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Who We Are & Agreeing to These Terms

CloudStitch is a small handmade goods shop operated by Jarta Labs LLC, a Utah company. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Jarta Labs LLC. You accept them by creating an account (we record your consent and the version you accepted), by placing an order, or by continuing to use cloud-stitch.com. The checkout screen links these Terms before you pay. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility & Age

Under 13: Children under 13 may not create a CloudStitch account. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our for details.

Ages 13–17: You may create an account to browse, track orders, and join the waitlist. A parent or guardian must consent to and complete any purchase on your behalf.

18 and over: Full access. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian consented and completed the payment. We do not knowingly collect payment information from anyone under 18, and we do not direct marketing at minors.

3. Our Products

Everything is sewn by hand, one piece at a time. Small variations in stitching, dimensions, and color are the nature of handmade work, not defects. Product photos are representative; your piece will be made to the same design and materials.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Before you pay, the checkout page shows your complete total — items, shipping, and any applicable taxes — so there are no surprises. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. An order is an offer to buy; our order-confirmation email is our acceptance, and that's when the contract for your piece is formed. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error we may cancel and fully refund the order before making it, and we'll tell you why.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free to the continental US; Alaska and Hawaii carry an additional per-item fee shown at checkout. Because each piece is made to order, the delivery estimate shown in your cart and confirmation email is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee — one person makes everything, and school comes first. You'll get a shipping notification with tracking the moment your order is on its way. If your package arrives damaged, Section 7 has you covered.

6. Changing or Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order or add items to it, self-serve from your account, for 1 hour after placing it — cancellations in that window are refunded in full, automatically. After the hour, making may have begun; email us and we'll do our best. Every piece is made to order: your order joins the make queue and the delivery estimate shown in your cart and confirmation email reflects the current queue.

7. Returns, Refunds & Remakes

Because every item is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery (photos help) and we will remake it free of charge. Full details are in our . Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under your state's consumer-protection laws.

8. Accounts

Keep your login secure and your details accurate — orders and support run through your account email. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse of our programs, or violations of these Terms; you can delete your account anytime from the account page.

9. Rewards Program

Our rewards program is a thank-you, not a bank account:

10. Referral Program

Share your referral link and when a friend makes their first purchase through it, you receive your choice of $5 store credit or 500 points. Limits: rewards cap at 10 referred first-purchases per calendar month, self-referrals don't count, and gaming the program (fake accounts, coupon-site spam) forfeits rewards and may close the account.

11. Affiliate Program & Endorsement Disclosures

Approved affiliates earn a commission (currently 10%, or 15% at ambassador tier, on qualifying orders of $30+). Affiliates are paid for referrals, which makes their recommendation a material connection under the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255): every affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with CloudStitch (for example, "I earn a commission if you buy through my link") wherever they share their link. No self-purchases, no misleading claims, no spam, and no marketing aimed at children. We may withhold commissions from, or revoke, accounts that break these rules. Reviews on this site earned through verified purchases may carry reward points — that incentive is disclosed where reviews are displayed and never depends on the rating given.

12. Customer Reviews

Reviews are open to verified purchasers after delivery and are moderated — we approve honest reviews whether they're five stars or one, and we reject spam, abuse, or off-topic content. By submitting a review you confirm it's your genuine experience and you grant Jarta Labs LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the review text, your rating, your first name and last initial, and any photo you attach, on this site and in our materials. You can ask us to take your review down anytime. Approved reviews earn 100 reward points regardless of the rating.

13. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the site: no fraud or payment abuse, no scraping or interfering with the service, no submitting content that's unlawful, infringing, or harassing, and no exploiting the rewards, referral, or affiliate programs beyond their intent.

14. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, text, and site code are owned by Jarta Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission. You keep ownership of content you submit (like reviews); we only get the display license described in Section 12.

15. Email & Communications

By ordering, you'll receive transactional emails about your order — they're part of the service. Marketing email is separate, opt-in only, honestly labeled, and always includes an unsubscribe link, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. We don't send marketing texts. Details live in our .

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the remake promise in Section 7 and any warranty that can't be disclaimed by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted. Handmade variation (Section 3) is not a defect. Some states don't allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarta Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

18. Dispute Resolution

Talk to us first — sign in to your and send the issue through the support form, and we get 30 days to make it right; almost everything is fixable with a remake or refund. If we can't resolve it informally, you and Jarta Labs LLC agree to resolve the dispute by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Utah or remotely, or in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Both sides waive jury trials and class actions — disputes are individual only. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by telling us through the same support form within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

19. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any matter not subject to arbitration belongs exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.

California residents: If you are a California resident, nothing in these Terms requires you to arbitrate or litigate a dispute outside California, or to apply the law of a state other than California, where California law provides otherwise. To that extent, any arbitration or court proceeding may take place in California (or remotely, at your election) and California law governs, notwithstanding the Utah arbitration venue and governing-law provisions above.

20. Events Beyond Our Control

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control — carrier disruptions, material shortages, illness, natural events. If a delay becomes substantial, you can cancel an unshipped order for a full refund.

21. Wholesale Orders

Orders above 10 items don't go through standard checkout — they're quoted individually (pricing, lead time, and shipping by agreement). Sign in to your account and contact support to arrange one.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version; for material changes we'll email registered users and may ask you to re-accept on your next visit. Changes never apply retroactively to orders already placed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

23. General

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms plus the Privacy and Refund Policies are the entire agreement between us about the shop. Not enforcing a provision once isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a business transfer. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability limits, dispute resolution) survive account closure.

24. Contact

Questions about these Terms? Sign in to your and send us a message through the support section.

Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026

Every CloudStitch piece is hand-sewn one at a time, just for you. This Refund Policy explains when you can cancel, when we refund your card, and how made-to-order items work. It is part of our ; if anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms govern.

Cancel within 1 hour — full refund

Changed your mind right after ordering? You can cancel an order yourself for a full refund to your original payment method within 1 hour of placing it, from your account's orders page — as long as we haven't started making it yet. After that hour, making may already be under way (every piece is sewn to order), so the order moves into our make queue.

After the first hour — made to order

Because each item is hand-made just for you once you order, we don't run a standard returns-and-exchanges program the way a factory store does. That does not mean a purchase can never be refunded: if something goes wrong, reach out and we'll make it right, and we can issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method at our discretion — for example if we can't complete your order, or to resolve a problem.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, we'll remake it free of charge — or refund it if you'd prefer. Reach out within 7 days of delivery; photos of the damage help us improve packaging.

Refunds and your rewards

When an order is refunded or cancelled, any store credit, reward points, or referral credit you earned from that order are reversed, and any store credit you spent on it is returned to your account. Refunds go to your original payment method, and you'll get one email confirming it.

How to reach us

Sign in to your and use the support form on the "Your data & help" card. That's the fastest way to start a cancellation, remake, or refund.

Questions before you order? Our covers the common ones, and any dispute is handled under the Dispute Resolution section of our .
