I'm a teenager from Utah who taught herself to sew. What started as a hobby turned into something I wanted to share — handmade pillows and blankets that feel genuinely cozy.

Children under 13 may not create a CloudStitch account. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information can contact us through the support address shown in the area to have it removed.
Ages 13–17: Visitors aged 13 to 17 may create a CloudStitch account to browse, track orders, and join the waitlist. To make a purchase, a parent or guardian must consent on their behalf and complete the payment.
18 and over: Full access — browse, account, waitlist, and purchase.
We do not knowingly collect payment information from anyone under 18.
We honor Do Not Track signals from browsers. We do not track users across third-party sites.

CloudStitch is a small handmade goods business operated by Jarta Labs LLC. We sell handmade pillows and blankets sewn by hand in Utah.
All items are made to order. By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price including any applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed by email after payment.
Items are handmade to order, so timing varies — you'll get a shipping notification when yours is on its way. Shipping is free on all US orders. We currently ship within the United States only. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking when your order ships.
Because every item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us through your within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it at no charge.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. CloudStitch never stores your card information.
You may create an account to track orders and access support. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Account eligibility is subject to the age requirements in Section 7.

Every CloudStitch piece is hand-sewn one at a time, just for you. Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, we'll remake it free of charge. Reach out within 7 days of delivery — photos of the damage help us improve packaging.
Sign in to your — the support email is on the Need help? card. That's the fastest way to get a remake started.
Once we confirm a remake, we'll make the replacement with care and email a shipping update when it's on its way.
